Cordova Farm is one of Old Salt Co-op's producer partners, providing exceptional quality heritage pork from their family farm in Power, Montana. Thoughtful stewardship and locally-milled feed (containing no corn or soy) create incredible results. Whether it's a succulent pork chop or a tender slow cooked roast, they raise some of the best heritage breed hogs available anywhere in the country.

This bundle is 12.5  pounds and includes:

• Pork Rib Chops, 3 packs, 3 lbs
• Pork Loin Chops, 3 packs, 3 lbs
• Pork Shoulder Roast, 1 pack, 2.75 lbs
• Bulk Breakfast Sausage, 1 pack, 1 lbs
• Bulk Italian Sausage, 1 pack, 1 lbs
• Bacon, 1 pack, .75 pounds
• Bulk Chorizo Sausage, 1 pack, 1 lbs

Please note that all of our sausage is 70% pork, 30% beef.
