Grass-Fed Cubed Steak

A lean cut run through a mechanical tenderizer that breaks down the muscle fibers, giving you thin, cook-ready cutlets straight out of the package. This is the classic chicken-fried steak cut — bread it, pan-fry it, and serve it smothered in gravy for a meal that never goes out of style. It's also great grilled quickly and sliced for tacos, or pan-seared for a fast weeknight sandwich. Three cutlets per package, around 12 oz total.
